1) Tracking Orders: We ship usually within 1 business day. If you selected a tracked shipping service, you will get an email with a tracking number. If your shipping service is not a tracked option, then if you haven't heard from us, your parcel is on its way. (Click here to learn more about shipping options and the estimated delivery times) Please watch your email for your tracking info (and we suggest taking a look at your junk folder too).
2) How much does shipping cost? At the top of every page is a link to your shopping cart. When you have added items (which you can adjust at your shopping cart to add more or less), visit the shopping cart. Right below your list of items and to the left is a place to enter your postal code and select your country. When that is entered, your shipping options and their costs will be displayed. 3) Do we have a paper catalog we can mail? No, not any longer. The costs were getting far too high to maintain. Please use the menu at the top of the website or our search bar to find products. We're also happy to help by phone/email.
