1-13/16" Second Hand - Red

This second hand has an American “I” shaft configuration. Step hands are considered to be optional additions to clocks. They are measured from the centre of the mounting bushing to the tip of the clock hand.

• Recommended for use with Mini Movements

• Fits any of our clock movements except our 'Compact' style movements or High Torque Movements

I ordered some clock parts online and received my order promptly, packed nicely and organised - I found that I had ordered the incorrect mechanisms (my own error) and phoned immediately to see if I could return for the correct ones. I spoke with Nicole and she was an amazing help!! She arranged my correct parts and had them shipped to me in two days, as promised, even though it was my mistake she gave me a discount on the shipping, gave me instructions on how to return the parts I did not need and as soon as this parcel was received she areanged refund and emailed to advise. Amazing customer service for these times when there is little to none. I will be using this company again for all my clock needs and for any other supplies that I can use. Highly recommend!

I was very happy with the finished product that this clock mechanism was installed in.
I'm not sure how competitive my purchase was but the item wasn't too expensive anyway.
