Good and bad 2023-10-06

While I haven't had a chance yet to use the clock parts that I purchased (a clock motor and some hands) as I'm building a clock to use them with, I was very pleased with how quickly my order was delivered. I think I had it within a couple of days of ordering it. And I was pleased to see such a good selection available. I do have a complaint about a couple of things though. Firstly, I sent a question to customer service via the website and I never received a reply. Fortunately I was eventually able to find the information that I was looking for on the site. This leads to my second comment which is that I found the website fairly frustrating to navigate. I was trying to find info on the method of shipping used for Canadian orders, as I have delivery issues in my building and I need to be able to pick up the item from a pick-up location; and a lot of local courier services these days don't have that service available. I somehow eventually found the information on the site and was pleased to learn that Canada Post is used, and that worked for me. Thanks
