I am pleased with the items purchased. They arrived a day or two earlier than expected - which was nice. I had ease of installation with no mishaps. The movement is working nicely and is keeping good time.

I am very satisfied. The clock I own was made mid-nineteenth century. At some point (probably the 1940's-1950's) the original works had been removed and an electric motor installed. The clock face was retained along with the cast so its original appearance is intact. I despaired at finding a new movement when the electric motor died. I wanted a new movement that would allow me to keep the original clock face. Your website was helpful in understanding installation and adaptation of a quartz movement to an older clock. I am happy with my choice. Thank you.

Unfortunately the shaft thickness of the clock mechanism I ordered was too thin for the clock whose mechanism I was changing. Perhaps I just didn't understand your measurements as listed but I couldn't find any reference to the shaft thickness. For people like me an indication of this important detail would certainly be a help.

Delivery was good as was the packaging. Keep up the good work. This is not the last mechanism I will be ordering from you.

Just press in all the hands at 12 o'clock position. Then make sure that the hands are parallel to each other. Next adjust the time to the local time, watching carefully that when the hands are passing each other, they have enough space between them. That is it. The clock is keeping good time for several days now.
