I did not know that replacement clock "fit-ups" were even a thing until the quartz clock movement in a Mikasa crystal clock stopped working. I found my way to Bear Woods and found exactly what I was looking for, ordered it and had it a coupe of days. I put a battery in it and fitted it the crystal base, but no movement in the clock.I tried another battery and it worked fine, AND THEN I TRIED A FRESH BATTERY IN THE OLD CLOCK. Now both are working and I will have to make a new clock surround for the new fit-up. Thanks Bear Woods for an excellent product at a fair price. jM

How to Use

Install a FRESH Duracell or Energizer Battery (But not a rechargeable type). In our experience, these are the only batteries that are reliable for clock mechanisms.
