I am very satisfied with the clock mechanism I purchased and am happy with the entire order process from start to finish. The customer support team was very responsive to an initial query I had regarding the online order procedure. They got back to me quickly with a detailed response which impressed me to no end! The clock mechanism was as described on the web site and works very well - keeps excellent time, runs smoothly, and operates silently - no ticking! Very straightforward to mount on the clock face. All components including the hands and black end cap (both ordered separately) fit together with no problem. Very high quality product considering the low price. I would not hesitate to order another clock mechanism from the Bear Woods company.
