The 21” wasn’t going to be available in time so I upsized to the 30”. Delivery was earlier than expected and aside from a few wrinkles on the cardboard box the saw arrived in perfect condition and unmarked. Very smooth operating saw and quiet. Intuitive operation and the factory tension set for the blade was spot on; I marked the position as a reference so I could return it to the original setting if need be. One improvement that I would recommend is an outlet on the saw to plug a magnifier lamp into, one cord to the saw would then be sufficient. I mounted the back support bolts with a one inch spacer to incline the table forward and that made it easier to view the cut and prevent arm fatigue.
My previous scroll saw was a Hegner and this saw so far is on par.

I bought a reconditioned one as I needed it soon. It works perfectly the hold down foot was missing and it was sent to me right away. I have done quite a bit of cutting and really enjoying the precision and the quality of this saw.

I have not received the product yet so I am not sure how it is. When I ordered it, it was on back order. Which I did not notice until after I ordered it. I would have ordered it anyway. One reason I ordered it is because of Steve Good. He gave it great reviews. Also Michael from Bear Woods whom I have been communicating with has also been very good with answering my questions and any concern that I might have had. I am just anxious to get the saw and cannot wait to start to use it. If it is as good as I have heard.

The Pegas 21" Scroll Saw has meet my expectation. Very happy with it so far. I like the swing up arm that stays up until you need to clamp the blade. I like the tension lever where it is located and the ease of clamping the blade. Very little vibration compared to my last machine. I enjoy the unit tilting in lieu of the table tilting. One con that I have is that the table could be extended more in front of the blade.

Very pleased with my purchase. Product was well contained in box with no damage. Only issue I had was the machine was not completely assembled. The rod underneath the machine that controls the angle of the cutting arm was not assembled. Upon checking YouTube I was able to assemble this myself as all the parts were lying in the bottom of the box. Apparently, according to this video, many people have had the same issue.

Had dome trouble with delivery but it was the Couriers fault. The Staff at Bear Woods were on the ball and all ended well. Had to get help with setting up the scroll saw but once again Bear Woods came through eith the Help. I haven't used the saw yet as I cannot move it to my shop for another two weeks.
