Tips for making larger wall clocks:

  1. Measurements are taken from the hole where the clock hands mount onto the movement to the very tip of the minute hand. Hour hands are proportionate, typically about 2/3" the length of the minute hand.
  2. Second hands are not included - we don't recommend second hands with high torque movements as they draw too much power.
  3. Still want a second hand? We have 2 second hand options for high torque - 10" tapered style in red or in black. Make sure you purchase a continuous sweep movement if you'd like to use second hands!
