Dremel offers no such pads. Bear Woods supplies these pads that I didn't know existed. I will purchase more 9f these in the future.

3/8" Abrasive Band Mandrels and Sanding Bands/Sleeves

These rotary tool mandrels are 3/8" diameter with a 1/8" shank.  Simply adjust the screw to replace your sanding sleeves.

Choose your Sanding bands by grits, sold in packs of 25.  Glue bonded, silicon carbide grit for fast shaping and sanding.  Fine = 120 Grit, Medium = 80 Grit, Coarse = 60 Grit.  1/2" Long, 3/8" diameter.
