Possibly the best customer service interaction I’ve ever had: I had an issue with part of my order which I assume happened during shipping. Reached out to them at a time of day I assumed was too late to receive a response. What happened instead is I received an email back within the hour and after I sent photos of the item they shipped me out a replacement the next day. A couple days later I received the replacement item which was in perfect condition. I’ll be going out of my way to support them in the future. Can’t say enough good things about the experience.

I ordered these items to fix a clock I had due to no fault of Bear woods Canada post said my Oder had been delivered except I never received it. I followed up with Canada post who were of no help finally I contacted Bear woods their customers service was excellent they sent me new parts at no charge.
