I ordered this item along with some long clock hands for it a few weeks ago. After a few days, the shipping option I selected wasn't showing tracking details, so I contacted Bear and they immediately took ownership of the concern and sent me replacement items (even though it was the shipper that was the problem, not Bear). This level of care and concern for customers is rare these days, and Bear Canada is now at the top of my Bookmarks list for woodworking supplies! Thank you!! And by the way... the clock and the hands are both awesome. The clock works great, keeps perfect time, and although Bear indicates that there is a slight stepping sound with the USA made high torque mechanisms, it is not even noticeable.
